Hotel Information

ASDSO has secured rooms for Dam Safety 2024 registrants. Both hotel blocks for the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center and Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center have been filled. Any rooms released by attendees before August 30, will become available to rebook at that time, however these will be limited. ASDSO is working with A Room With A View to assist attendees in finding overflow hotel options. Please contact A Room With A View directly for assistance (see below).

ASDSO is working with A Room With A View as our official overflow partner. They will assist you in securing the lowest available rates at the best available hotels within walking distance to The Denver Convention Center. This is a FREE service for all ASDSO attendees.

Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center

The Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center is the headquarters hotel for Dam Safety 2024. The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the Colorado Convention Center. The conference rate is $242 per night plus tax. The room block will be available until August 30 or until all rooms are reserved. Please note rooms held for non-registered attendees may be dropped after August 1, 2024.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center

Located just across the street from the Colorado Convention Center, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center provides attendees with made-to-order breakfast, complimentary evening reception, and access to an indoor saltwater pool and fitness center. The conference rate is $245 per night plus tax. The room block will be available until August 30 or until all rooms are reserved. Please note rooms held for non-registered attendees may be dropped after August 1, 2024.

NOTE TO ATTENDEES ON ATTRITION ASDSO is financially liable for all contracted rooms, whether they are all sold or not. This is why we respectfully ask attendees to take advantage of the discounted rate and book rooms within the meeting block if possible. Further, rooms that are booked within the block and then canceled after the cutoff date cannot be re-booked by ASDSO attendees. In order to reduce the amount of attrition fees charged to ASDSO, please only book the room nights that you expect to occupy during the conference. We work diligently to give you the best overall experience at the conference and ask for your continued support.

HOUSING SCAM ALERT
Some companies try to scam conference attendees with fraudulent hotel bookings. If you are contacted by a company claiming to be the official housing service for the conference, please DO NOT do business with them. These companies are NOT affiliated with ASDSO. ASDSO does not have an official travel agent; nor does it utilize a guestroom housing service. The only way to reserve a hotel room at the ASDSO group rate is for YOU to initiate contact with one of the hotels directly by phone or online.
