Please join the discussion no matter how much risk experience or facilitator experience you have. We will focus the discussion depending on who joins and their level of experience with dam risk assessments. For those with SQRA facilitator experience, we will discuss what challenges any risk facilitators at the table have faced during an SQRA and how they were handled. We can also discuss any topics brought up that might be covered in formal facilitator training. For those with little risk experience, we will discuss what role a facilitator has in a risk assessment and what attributes make a good facilitator.
