Meghan Walter (she/hers) is an Environmental Engineer for USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) at the West National Technology Support Center in Portland, Oregon. She is a registered professional engineer in Oregon with 20 years of experience in dam safety, hydrology, hydraulic engineering, and watershed restoration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in water resources engineering from Tufts University.
