Mr. Brown received his Bachelors and Masters in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from Colorado State University in 2001. He is a registered professional engineer with over 23 years of experience in the design, project management and construction and rehabilitation of 35+ jurisdictional dams and engineering projects in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and New Mexico, Australia, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan. When he is not working Mr. Brown enjoys skiing, fishing and camping with his wife and children. He also is an active member in his church, coaches boys soccer in his spare time, and somehow still manages to carve out time to train and compete in marathons across the U.S.
