Christie Hale is a seismic hazard analyst with expertise in probabilistic and deterministic seismic hazard analysis, development of site-specific ground motions, and use of seismic hazard assessments in performance-based earthquake engineering evaluations and risk analyses. At Geosyntec, Dr. Hale performs seismic hazard evaluations and develops ground motions for a variety of critical infrastructure projects including dams, mining and tailings storage facilities, landfills, hospitals, pipelines, and oil and gas exploration sites.
