Scott Lakes has been appointed Contractor’s Quality Control Systems Manager (CQCSM) on three USACE projects, Nashville District, constructing cut-off walls for seepage mitigation and for an RCC auxilary berm with foundation and gallery grouting. He has also PM for subcontraction construction of concrete cut-off wall and chimney filter replacement for USACE, Tulsa District. Additionally, he was QC lead on foundation remediation projects at two USACE projects, Nashville District, and a Sr. CM Grout Lead for foundation treatments at of new dam construction for Denver Water. Scott also served as QA manager for exploratory drilling and grouting phase (pre-cutoff wall) for a TVA project in East TN and, on the same project, moved into a technical lead for cut-off wall construction for TVA’s Design Engineering Team. Scott was Lead CM, QA manager, and EOR rep for RCC and earthen embankment reservoir consturction recently completed in south Florida. Scott is primarily experienced in cut-off wall design and construction and secondarily experienced in drilling & grouting design and construction, environmental restoration, and stormwater management.
