Mr. Tom MacDougall is a civil engineer who specializes in project management and geotechnical engineering for earthen dams, levees, and below-grade reservoirs. He has more than 20 years of experience primarily focused on new dam or dam rehabilitation projects. He is the vice president of RJH Consultants and enjoys working with his team at RJH to serve their clients.
Outside of work, he loves to play sports, especially volleyball, and has been coaching girls volleyball for about 15 years. He is married and has 4 children; and whatever he is doing, he mostly loves to spend time with his family.
