Joshua D. Gilman, P.E., is Director of Sustainable Infrastructure at the Portland Cement Association.
Gilman is responsible for subject matter expertise and outreach on infrastructure applications for conventional concrete, mass concrete, and cement-specific markets with an emphasis on sustainable solutions in support of PCA’s Roadmap to Carbon Neutrality. Gilman is actively engaged in various leadership and volunteer capacities with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Concrete Institute (ACI), ASTM International, United States Society on Dams (USSD) and Association of State Dams Safety Officials (ASDSO).
Prior to joining PCA in 2019, Gilman worked for over 10 years as a geotechnical engineering consultant on a variety geotechnical and civil works projects including dams, water resources and transportation infrastructure throughout the eastern United States.
