Thayne has 26 years of engineering experience in planning, design and construction management of water related projects. These projects include new dam facilities, spillways, outlet works, diversions, flood control facilities, large dam rehabilitation, dam safety studies, irrigation canals, irrigation pipelines/pump stations, master plans, regional flood studies, and hydrologic/hydraulic models. Mr. Clark has worked on some of the largest dam rehabilitiation projects in Utah. He specializes in the hydraulic design of dam outlet works and spillways, including hydrologic evaluations, and gate and intake structure design.
