Tracy Leung, P.E., is a Dam Engineer at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, in the Water Supply Treatment division. She monitors five regional dams in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has over 9 years experience in dam safety, including analyzing instrumentation and survey data, updating Emergency Action Plans, performing dam inspections, and developing and managing dam repair and maintenance projects. Prior to that, she worked in the private sector, designing structures and overseeing construction. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and also holds a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with an emphasis on structural engineering, from Stanford University.
