Kyle Dushane, PE is the Deputy Director of Power Generation and serves as the Chief Dam Safety Engineer for PCWA’s Middle Fork American River Project. He has extensive experience serving as the resident engineer for a large range of civil design, maintenance, and construction projects. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University and has over 18 years of professional engineering experience primarily for the hydropower industry. His technical experience includes structural modeling and design for water conveyance and hydraulic structures, large diameter pipeline inspection and design, hydraulics and structural analysis for dams and auxiliary structures, site planning, seismic design, construction management, and vertical structure inspection.
