Bio Verena Winter
Senior Project Manager/Project Engineer
Verena is a registered professional engineer with more than 21 years of experience in drinking and wastewater treatment as well as dam engineering. She has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering for Construction and Infrastructure Management from Bauhaus University Germany, and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Portland State University.
Verena has been involved in the Newport Dam project since 2010. She is the project manager for the entire project leading the design team, the water rights team, the public outreach team, she is the client main point of contact, and she is the interface with all agencies involved.
