Gannett Fleming

Riley Manwaring is a Engineer-in-Training for Gannett Fleming, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. He works on a variety of different projects both in and out of the state of Arizona involving civil site design, stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and computational fluid dynamics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Hydraulics, both from Utah State University.
