Phil Moreschi is a licensed professional engineer, a former Vice President of and current Technical Advisor to the Water & Natural Resources Practice at Fuss & O’Neill, a 400+ person multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm with offices throughout all six New England states. Throughout his career he has been responsible for a wide range of engineering projects, including dam restoration, lake dredging, watershed management, stormwater quality and quantity management, flood control, river restoration, environmental impact evaluations, petroleum services, and site design. He has been responsible for the inspection, investigation, design of repairs, permitting, and construction administration of projects involving hundreds of dams, as well as impoundment dredging, land development, flood control, shore erosion control, petroleum storage, and dispensing facilities. Before becoming a consultant Phil spent 9 years at the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection and was the Principal Engineer in charge of the Connecticut Dam Safety Program. During his tenure at the DEP he became one of the founding board members of the Association of State Dam Safety Officials, also volunteering as Newsletter Editor, President of the New England Association of Dam Safety, provided Dam Owner Training Workshops.
