Chris Davidson is the Physical Security and Business Conduct Manager for the Idaho Power Company. He joined Idaho Power’s corporate security team in 2015 and has worked in the corporate security industry for over 16 years. Chris holds a bachelor’s in marketing from the University of Idaho and a Master of public policy and leadership from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Chris also holds a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification from ASIS International and a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification from the Disaster Recovery Institute International.
Chris has spent over a decade in the physical security field in roles focused on loss prevention, internal investigations, security operation center leadership, enterprise security technology strategy, security management, security compliance, and leading emergency management teams. In addition to his current security role, Chris has served as the Business Conduct Advisor for Idaho Power since 2018. As the Business Conduct Advisor, he is responsible for Idaho Power’s business conduct and ethics program.
