Jeremy Franz, P.E.

Design Review Engineer
CO Division of Water Resources

Jeremy holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Colorado State University and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Colorado. He has over 25 years of experience with dams and other civil engineering projects, the last 15 of which have been with Colorado Dam Safety. In his current role as Design Review Engineer, he coordinates and facilitates the review of dam safety projects state-wide. Jeremy serves as chair for the DamToolbox.org sub-committee within the ASDSO Dam Design and Construction Committee. When he isn’t working, he is usually out riding his bike.
