Thank you for your participation in
Dam Safety 2024! The Exhibitor's Toolbox along with the Exhibitor Service Center will allow you to maximize your involvement in Dam Safety 2024. We are excited to have you join us September 22-26 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO. Below, you will find information to assist you in planning your Dam Safety 2024 participation. Please keep in mind all dates and times listed below are specific to the exhibit hall and exhibitor participation, please review the complete agenda for additional information. Don’t forget to check back frequently as additional details will be added as we get closer to the conference.
All exhibitors should review the tasks and associated deadlines in the
Exhibitor Service Center.
Exhibit Packages
Each exhibit comes with the following items: 1 full conference registration (all attendees MUST complete a separate registration form even if using the complimentary booth/sponsor registration), (1) 6' Skirted Table, (2) Plastic Contour Chairs, (1) Wastebasket, (1) ID Sign, (1) 5 AMP Outlet. Also please keep in mind the exhibit hall is carpeted and basic wireless is provided within the exhibit hall. Each exhibitor will receive a registration list, via email, approximately 2 weeks before the conference. The list will be sent to the logistics contact for each company.
Exhibitor Registration Information
Each 10x10 space comes with one (1) full conference registration. All attendees MUST complete a registration form even if using the complimentary booth/sponsor registration. Please note the names listed on the contract submitted for booth space are for logistic details only and do not constitute a registration, individuals MUST submit a separate registration form to be officially registered for the conference. Additional staff members may register for full-conference or exhibit staff-only registrations. ASDSO offers a group registration rate for organizations registering 15 or more individuals.

Overnight Accommodations
ASDSO has secured rooms at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center ($242 per night) and Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center ($245 per night) both located directly across from the convention center. Both room blocks are open until August 31 or when the blocks fill.
Please visit the Hotel Information page for more details. Remember, ASDSO does not share your information with anyone for the purpose of reserving hotel rooms. Please do not respond to anyone who contacts you offering to assist with conference housing as these are likely scams. The only secure way to book a guestroom is through a contact you have initiated.
Decorator and Contractor Information
Exhibitor Door Prize Program
The Door Prize program is extremely popular among attendees and a great way for your organization to collect attendees names and contact information. Simply collect names at your booth then come to the Resource Center on Wednesday at 1 PM with your prize and business cards to pull a winner from your collection and have it announced. All door prize items received before the conference will be listed in the conference app. Winners MUST be present to win, so please bring all of the collected cards so we can pull alternate names if needed.

Drink Tickets
Purchase drink tickets in advance for the Monday and Tuesday night exhibit hall receptions. Drink tickets can be used at both of the events and are the perfect item to provide to clients, prospects, or your staff! Purchasing drink tickets in advance allows you to pay once for your drinks and easily expense them. All drink tickets are sold as a pass-through and not marked up for ASDSO events. Please note, drink tickets purchased in advance through ASDSO include a service fee and local tax charged to ASDSO by the Colorado Convention Center, so they will be slightly higher than marked onsite.
